Velaro offers 3 user roles to provide different levels of access and privileges to individuals on your account. Check out the descriptions below for getting clear on who can do what.

Admin: has access to every aspect of the account – design, chat settings, reporting, etc.– except taking chats. Of course, if the Admin wants to take chats, they can; they just need to have the Agent role also.

 

Managers: monitor the Agents, so they can access the Dashboard, reporting and agent profiles. Like the Admin, Managers can take chats, but they need the Agent role to do so.

 

Agents: only have access to take chats, the reporting of their own chats and their user profile.
