Velaro has made it easy for you to continually improve your interaction with customers. Need to edit the questions in the Pre-chat survey? No problem!
Let’s say you want to add an additional field to the survey. Start by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the Velaro Application. Select Account Setup and then click on Workflows. To edit the survey, click on Pre-chat Survey. (If you’re using a group other than the default one, select it from the group drop down.) Finally, click on the Add items button.
In the box that appears, enter your new question in the Question Title and select the field type in Question Type. If the field is required or used to look up a Knowledgebase article, check the appropriate box.
Once you’re finished creating the new question, click on the Done button. Make sure you also click Save at bottom to save your changes to the system.
