The Velaro chat has several alerts that can help the agent while taking chats. You can disable or enable these alerts from the agent’s profile in the Velaro application.

If you want to change the new message alerts for all your agents, you’ll have to do each one separately. Access each agent’s profile by clicking your photo in the upper right hand corner of the Velaro application. Select Account Setup, and then go to Agents and click on the agent’s name link. When the profile appears, look for the alert configuration under the Settings tab. There you can uncheck or check the Show new message alerts option. Then click the Save button at bottom apply the change.
