Train the Trainer

Velaro provides a free 1/2 hour training session with your appointed trainer to get him up and running. We want make sure your appointed trainer is fully comfortable with everything there is to know about Velaro’s live help solutions and is able to convey it the rest of his team. If your trainer is not comfortable at the end our initial training session, additional training is available upon request.

Staff Training

If you have not appointed an inhouse trainer to help the rest of your team understand Velaro, we can provide complete staff training instead. Contact us directly for additional information.

Best Practices
