Create Support Tickets from the Chat Window

You can create support cases and save them to Zendesk right from the Velaro chat window.  When visitors chat with agents on your site, the conversations can be passed directly from the chat back into Zendesk. You can create cases right from the chat window and archive chat transcripts directly to Zendesk. Your live chat agents no longer need to jump back and forth between chat and their on-demand support to track and resolve customer issues.

The only requirement for Zendesk chat integration is you currently have the SMB Plus or Enterprise subscription.
