Right there you identify that people are seeing the wrong color. Regardless of the fact that you have the blue widget, they are frustrated that, on such a specific search, they are seeing the wrong result. So they leave.

Here is where content targeting comes in. With Velaro, you can automatically detect that the customer requested a certain color of widget, and you can dynamically and automatically update the page to show the right color widget.

A recommended use for content targeting is to display the chat button only for certain customer segments. Perhaps you only want to show the chat button to customers who you consider to be of high value or to customers who have hit a certain number of failed searches..
