Chat Transcript Report
This report allows you to view a list of all of your chat transcripts as well as the specific details about each transcript. Additionally, this report lets
you search and then view transcripts. Our powerful report management system allows you to filter your reports in many ways including by department, date range, agent, and keywords.
Features in Action
A few of the key metrics this report will provide:
- Previous chats per department
- The start and end time of each chat
- The agent and visitor involved in the chat
- The total duration of the chat
- A full exportable transcript of the chat
Once a chat has been completed you can have the transcript emailed to a specific location. Additionally, with Velaro's powerful Application Integration you can have it automatically posted to your servers for your own recordkeeping.
