Customer Satisfaction Report
The customer Satisfaction Report allows you to see how your visitors are filling out their post-chat surveys relative to the agent who was involved in the chat. Velaro allows you to have post chat surveys for both your agents and your visitors once a chat has finished. This allows you to gain customer feedback or gain additional information about your chats from your agents through the customer satisfaction report.
Features in Action
In order to utilize a post chat survey, you must create a custom survey or use our default post chat survey. If you do not already have a post chat survey that you want to use, you will need to create one. Your account comes with a basic default post chat survey, and you can edit that survey instead of creating a new one.
Post chat surveys are voluntary for visitors, but can be made mandatory for agents. You can require agents to complete the survey by placing a checkmark in the box called "Require agent to submit survey."
