Firstegg is an e-business services firm that helps companies develop and implement technology solutions. The firm has gained significant market penetration with dealerships that sell recreational vehicles. Through a sub-brand, MyRVAdvantage.com, they offer a complete suite of digital marketing services in order to help RV dealers generate leads through the Internet.
Challenge:
Generating leads for RV dealers at the lowest cost per lead is the ultimate goal with MyRVAdvantage. They approached Velaro with the idea of using live chat to increase the “visitor to lead” conversion rate. The challenge was to create a solution that enabled them to manage live chat for each dealership from one master account.
One of their requirements was to be able to dynamically update graphics, copy, and business rules for each dealership without having to manually access and modify each account. In addition, they needed a master report for all dealerships. Lastly they needed the ability to schedule specific chat times for each dealership and have the system set up to automatically disable chat whenever a dealership had reached its lead quota during a specific time period.
Solution:
With Velaro’s built-in ability to host multiple sub-accounts for any master account, all 60 dealerships were set up in one master account within one day. Each dealership has the ability to have its own brand, workflow, business rules, live chat agents, and scheduled chat times.
Velaro also set up the program to customize dynamic graphics so that each dealership can quickly and easily update their graphics, logos, and color theme. The master account administrator simply needs to make one update in order to automatically update all dealerships.
Velaro's in-depth and industry-leading reporting displays the metrics for all 60 dealerships within one report. The report is scheduled to run each week and is delivered to the master administrator's inbox.
