After you download Velaro’s Desktop Application it will simply sit in your system tray waiting to receive new chats.
After this quick set-up is complete you can start accepting real-time live chats from your online visitors.The customer will simply click the fully customizable live help button on your website and a live chat support window appears as a pop-up page for them.
Support Agent Interface
The Support Agent Interface is the part of Velaro that you and your employees will see and use when engaging visitors in live help session. As an Application Service Provider (ASP), Velaro hosts, provides updates, and assumes all responsibilities for system maintenance. This means that all you need to worry about is staffing the live chats. Your support representatives, or agents, can assist your website visitors from any computer that has the Velaro Desktop Application installed on it.
